Jan 10, 2018 · You don’t do port forwarding on the My Cloud, you do port forwarding on your network router. That knowledgebase article certainly shows a port forwarding dialogue in the Dashboard. I do notice that it is the gen2/v2 firmware Dashboard, though (Backup, not Safepoint in the main tab menu). My gen1/v4 doesn’t have those settings.
